Condition 1: Pump does not start or no water is pumped from the container
Possible Causes
- The HOW LONG knob is set to OFF.
- The inlet filter is clogged.
- The inlet tubing is not firmly connected.
- The filter or inlet tubing is not properly submerged in the water.
- The pump may have been damaged during transportation or handling.
What to Do
- Turn HOW LONG to a watering duration other than OFF, then set the watering plan again.
- Remove and clean the inlet filter.
- Make sure the inlet tubing is fully and firmly connected to the IN port.
- Make sure the filter remains submerged in the water container.
- Verify that the anti-siphon valve is installed in the correct water-flow direction.
