The TWG004WRF comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased through Amazon.
• Manufacturer warranty:
RAINPOINT also provides a 5-year limited warranty directly from the manufacturer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
What’s Covered Under the Warranty?
• Defects in materials
If the hub’s components or materials are found to be faulty during normal use, they are covered.
• Defects in workmanship
If the product fails due to manufacturing or assembly issues, it will be repaired or replaced.
What’s Not Covered Under the Warranty?
• Damage from misuse or improper installation
Including incorrect installation, excessive water pressure, or exposure to extreme conditions such as freezing temperatures.
• Battery or power-related issues
Problems caused by battery leakage, incorrect power supply, or use outside the recommended specifications are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear
