The TTV102 comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased through Amazon.
• Manufacturer warranty:
RAINPOINT also provides a 5-year limited warranty directly from the manufacturer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
What’s Covered Under the Warranty?
• Defects in materials
If the timer’s plastic housing, inlet, outlet, or internal components are found to be faulty during normal use, they are covered.
• Defects in workmanship
If the timer fails due to manufacturing or assembly issues, it will be repaired or replaced.
What’s Not Covered Under the Warranty?
• Damage from misuse or improper installation
Including cross-threading, overtightening plastic fittings, excessive water pressure, or exposure to freezing temperatures.
• Battery-related issues
Problems caused by battery leakage or the use of rechargeable, mixed, or non-alkaline batteries are not covered.
